Binkybro predominantly sells products to infants and toddlers and they are extremely careful with returned merchandise. As a result, they do not resale any products that have been returned to them as they can’t account for where they have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to.

For returns, items must be returned within 15 days with the original invoice and packaging. The customer must pay for shipping to return and then will get a store credit and have to pay for shipping on the new item.
